Website news: March 2023

• Exciting news! I am launching my Etsy shop and will now be “attempting” to sell my visual poetry! While I turn my focus to online sales, I do not plan to change my approach to my ad-free website or my growing interest in donating to charity, particularly to DonorsChoose and projects that support music, art, poetry, and economics.

• I still have plans to create a published chapbook (like an ebook but for poems!)

• After several months of website development, I am proud to announce the first publication of these collections of poems!

• I have plans for many exciting additions to the site, including ways to download PDF’s of each poem, and also a published chapbook (like an ebook but for poems!)

Some Background info

I decided to create a place where I could share my poems and lyrics that I’ve created over the years. And I wanted to do it in a blog style, on my own terms, and without ads flooding the page.

My earliest writings go back to the late 90’s when I was in high school. I may or may not share a ton of those early beginnings but I am more excited to share some of my favorite poems and lyrics that are most important to me. I enjoy writing fictional material and the topics and themes that I write about sometimes do, but don’t always have a personal history. Feel free to contact me for friendly feedback or collaboration ideas :)

Make sure you check out the bottom of each poem’s page for information on the photography, if it is not one of my own. You will find information on the photographer as well as a link to more of their photos on unsplash, the amazing website that allows free use of photography.
